Constraining and being able to pad/pocket are 2 different problems.
- Fully constraining : just add a symmetry between opposite points
- Padding/pocketing : the arc is a construction geometry (so is ignored to build solids). Just toggle it to normal geometry

Attached the file with another feature but I need to add some more and not sure how to do this.
As a machinist I would put a 'pocket' on the through bore.
That's not how its done here.
So if I need to have a 55.0 mm counterbore that is 20 mm deep centered on the through hole - - - what are the steps?
Need to be able to depict a snap ring groove in that counterbore too. (How do I do that?)
Have tried using the 'Pocket' function but that's not giving me what I want.
