It's sort of your issue: the correct url is http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/.

That is the old url. The wiki should handle both urls but it is down ATM. I would try again in 15-30 minutes.

Hi Chris, I think it was Kurt who posted about this only within the last few months, so it is a recent change, one used to redirect to the other a few hours ago.

Just thought I would say that both URLs are dead 502 error for me as well, possible because http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/ is redirecting to https://wiki.freecadweb.org/

That seems very unlikely. Redirection has worked without issue for months. The wiki is just down. It does not matter if you use old or new urls.

I didn't check the wiki, but I permanently have the same error on the "View all issues" page of the tracker since the migration.

This is the last post that I remember where Kremitzki mentioned updating something. But I did not notice anything then. Maybe he also did some work on the wiki.
