Extrude a dome from oblong square face?

The OP can't be bothered to read and or observe the Forum Posting guidelines.

The answer is simple as openBrain stated just a revolve is required.

I think the closest you can get is to create a matching surface using Surface -> Surface filling, close the sketch to a shape, upgrade the surface to a Shell and make a Solid using Part -> Part Builder:
