Spline in Sketcher

When trying to increase knot multiplicity I get the error that my OCC/OCE is not greater than 6.9.0. I have version 0.19 installed, shouldn't that have the necessary OCC/OCE to perform the spline knot operation?

Go to Help -> About -> Copy to clipboard and post it here to see your FreeCAD version information.

There was indeed a problem for Windows builds (if the precompiled header option is active) that a header file wasn't included and thus the version check delivered an incorrect result. This is fixed with git commit 34154019168
