Hi and welcome to the forum!

Thickness is one of the most picky functions in FreeCAD. It comes from the third party geometric kernel, FreeCAD can't do much about it.

The easiest way would be to apply thickness in Fusion and export that. In FreeCAD you can model the inner part and subtract it with a boolean cut.

It fails a Part Workbench Check Geometry test. So a thickness or any other operation is likely to fail.

I don't know why this was posted to the Install/compile forum, so I moved it to this Help forum.

I test "Part Workbench Check Geometry test"...

999.step is many errors...

and 999.FCStd is no errors...

but 999.FCStd still cant use thickness successful...

Is this a one off need, or is it just a part of a larger workflow, meaning .. you'll have the same problem later again, and you can't do anything about it
Also, assuming you can get thickness working, what is the next step for this object ?

Its just a part of a larger workflow

So i use Freecad and Fusion360 together

This is very troublesome
