Re: About thickness problem???
Hi and welcome to the forum!
Thickness is one of the most picky functions in FreeCAD. It comes from the third party geometric kernel, FreeCAD can't do much about it.
The easiest way would be to apply thickness in Fusion and export that. In FreeCAD you can model the inner part and subtract it with a boolean cut.

Re: About thickness problem???
It fails a Part Workbench Check Geometry test. So a thickness or any other operation is likely to fail.
I don't know why this was posted to the Install/compile forum, so I moved it to this Help forum.

Re: About thickness problem???
Is this a one off need, or is it just a part of a larger workflow, meaning .. you'll have the same problem later again, and you can't do anything about itxsuper9988 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 10:27 am I test "Part Workbench Check Geometry test"...

Also, assuming you can get thickness working, what is the next step for this object ?
