Newbie question on part design and 3d printing.

Post by sjubussen »

I have created a design that consists of several additive and subtractive objects, These objects are all on the same body and i wonder if they are considered to be one object as i intend to 3D print this? If not, what do i have to do to be able to print it?

Select the body and File|Export as stl to get your final design.

You can export pretty much what ever you select. If you highlight a portion of the Body, you export just that. If you highlight all then you will get all. Does that answer your question?
