Hi,
I am new to Freecad and I have an 'idiot' problem:
I am on Windows 10. On windows screen, square icons are square. Simple.
But on Freecad, the grid does not look square. The horizontal is 1.3 times the vertical.
So, my question: how to adjust the grid in Freecad to get a square to be square.
Even if that does not forbid me to do some work, it's disturbing to have oval circles and rectangular squares...
I hope someone can help on this.
Christian

Re: Problem of screen geometry (the grid is not formed of squares)
Hi ChrisB,
Thank you for your answer.
I am sorry, about my post. The problem is very weird, and it comes from Windows 10. Looks like it has a problem with my 4K monitor. If I set the zoom to 200%, then the screen geometry is wrong in FreeCAD (but other windows things looks OK).
I changed the zoom to 150%. And Freecad Is good now.
About your remarks, I set the information in my signature (I had to reduce it, since you limit it to 255 chars). I hope that it is a good practice here? (So I will never forget).
regards,

This is definitely a bad practice as your signature is shared through all your posts (even past ones). So when you'll upgrade and change your signature, old posts may totally lose sense.Christ70013 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 7:12 pm About your remarks, I set the information in my signature (I had to reduce it, since you limit it to 255 chars). Vanuan, any idea about that? is it a HighDPI issue?
