Semi confirmed.
OCCT seems at 7.5.X more pickier.

Probably 2 chained reason why this failed.

- Many face attachment --> aggregate errors
- with that the pickier OCCT 7.5.X

When i change the Pocket001 Type to "ThroughAll" && Midplane == true, then the export is OK.

Just said that how you practice the attachments and the external geometries are the real pain, especially for a simple part like that.

(Also a side note: i hope that part is not made out of steel or wood, because that is not producible).

Here the really quick'n'dirty fix.

Good catch (I hadn't looked into the model  ) A full recompute even shows an error in Sketch007.

To be honest, i did not recompute, i thought that was a error that raised because of the topological issue because i edited the file. But i think OCCT7.5.X is pickier.

i do think so about OCC...

I remade the same part "in the same way" with solidworks and the exported step is ok

thanks for suggestions user1234 and chrisb, the part is a welded one the model is showing the final item
