Start a sketch makes view upside down

Does it also solve dimensions text upside down?
The macro concept stores and displays the current view (what ever it is) when moving into Sketcher. You can then use the sketch button "Sketch view" to rotate Normal-to and/or "View section" to cut off the top. The macro will only guarantee the first part.
