Hello,
I try to use Path Workbench to Mill some plastics works.
My stock is a parallelepiped, I have to face the upper side (which is ok), but also to machine sides.
For this, I need more than one mill diameter at some places of my stock. I try to use Profile Path operation, but I can't have more than one tool way, as I need at least 3. Maybe this is not the right way to go in Freecad Path, but I may also miss something, any idea?
Thanks.
Alain

Hi and welcome to the forum!
You have to use different profile operations, each with a different tool.

Hi and thanks!
What do you mean by using different tool?
As you said, I use some profile operations, but with the same tool using a different extra offset each profile operation...

Sorry if my english is bad!
I hope these 2 pictures will help. These images are just for illustration.
I thought all tool paths could have be done using a single profile operation.
In "Depths" tab of operations, there is a step down that can be use to go from stock top to where you want. I thought there were a side step that can be used the same way from stock sides.
But I'm fine with multiple operations!
