No constraints points and can't pad any object

Every time I try to change the language or the sheet style or anything else the constraints point will not be visible and when I try to pad it would tell me "Length of pad too small", I tried different version of freecad but the same problem, If I reset the changes in "preferences" the constraint points will go to normal but the pad problem is still there, this problem happened to me when updating my windows 7 to 10 and downloading the latest version, thank you or reading <3
