a question comes to me: why didn't you put an undercut in the direction of the 20mm?
that does not pose any more problem and that makes a pretty kepi of gend'arme of France

if you are dead set on getting it done, you can probably get there by resorting to break up the geometry, manipulate and rebuild...

part wb fillet will make one degenerated fillet (well, not on your model directly, but on one that is build slightly different)
that one can be broken up and the degenerated face can be removed,
since one side is ok, that one is mirrored, then the whole thing is rebuilt to a solid.

not a very efficient way, but it is one way to get you there.

you should be able to trace back the steps from this model.

Greetings to the Community!
Another workflow proposal to "force" FC to produce a fillet with a 2.5 mm radius. respecting the original tapering and overall dimensions.

Instead of applying a final Part refine, it is better set the refine property in the last Pocket.

Thanks Chrisb, I didn't pay due attention!
Operating on the last pocket you earn 27 Kb (which is the weight of the finished copy) which is about 11% less (a big difference! ;) )

What is even more important to me is a simpler and hopefully clearer model.
