FCGear fillet perimeter

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum, and just started using Freecad.
Of course I'm ready to ask questions ...

1- How can you do to measure the perimeter of a profile? In this specific case, a rack created with FCGear ...
2- How is it possible to add head and bottom spokes in the rack and gears created with FCGear? Do they need to be added manually after creation?

if you are not asking about fillets why mention them in the subject?

1. use the measurement tools (tape measure icons), or use Manipulator workbench Caliper tool, or make TechDraw page and dimension

2. make spokes of your desired shape after creating the gear.

in the table on the left, Fc gives you the pitch diameter (dw) you add the head height (2.5 = module)
37.5 + 2.5 = 40mm
In my days of yesteryear, 60 years ago, this notion had to be known by heart
to make the filets, not the choice, you have to do them by hand, it is faster to make a tooth then a Draft Array
