Hi All, Just wondering if there is an easier way of combining bodies or extruding on a curved surface. I tried using the curves workbench however I cannot combine all the bodies as it results in an error.
My workaround was using Part workbench. While the resut works I don't find it as a clean solution. Anything better out there?

Re: Parts fusion query
It appears you have PartDesign and Part workbench features in the tree.
It also appears it could have been done in one PartDesign Body.
It is recommended to avoid combining Part and PartDesign unless you understand the ramifications and correct methods to do so.
Also, you should update to 0.19.2.

Re: Parts fusion query
Curved surface tend to be a little tricky but it feasible, there is around some macro to combine curved surface and text or other features.
I'm not using them, but I've read the code to implement some methods in my scripting environment.
The post is not so recent, and there is some links on post on German forums, (maybe this information could solve some post "identification" problem).

Re: Parts fusion query
In the Dependency Graph I see some red lines, this means that these illegal dependencies can easy break the model. There are 3 bodies and some Part elements. A design like this can best be done in 1 body
Edit: A model like this can be in 2 bodies. Body001 is a separate solid and the other stuff in 1 body
