Hi,
I have one little problem cutting in sweep forms. When I subtract one form from the sweep it will crack.
Here are before cutting. The cone should be cut off.
After the sweep helicx are destroyed.
How can I fix this?

it is often only a visual defect, if you do a subtractiv pipe, in general it works
but without file, no definitive answer

The same problem in the french forum : https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=58660
Re: Cutting in sweep destroys part
FreeCAD is parametric, so it's sufficient to upload one of the files instead of three.
It works in PartDesign. We have seen this before, that the helical sweeps behave differently in both workbenches.
