Oh yeah, sure. I initially tried to post the FreeCAD model, but it got very large after importing.

As is so typical of stl files...it is not manifold. :cry:

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you're still ending up with a multi-body part somehow. Include your feature tree with the screen shot next time, that would help. I repeated the same steps already described here, and it worked (although it was a bit slow).

So, have you used Part>Check geometry with the BOP option checked?

Select the Body and give it a try...
