asking about tesselation again

I am curious if there is an additional way to improve the surface tessellation:
I am still not fully getting how to adjust this.

I have FreeCAD 0.19 pref set to this:

Adapt deviation and angular deflection. I think it was already mentioned in the other topic - another good reason why you should reuse your topics if appropriate.

the tessellation in the video does not update at all

in other cases it updates after i just hit enter in the angular deflection field


the wiki and the previous thread does not really discuss or mention that btw

what triggers the mesh update is recompute only most times

It doesn't get coarser, only finer.
