No, the themes are already the default theme, on both computers.
So, it must be something else.

By default I meant the theme named 'default' not the one the system came with, which in my case was macha-sea. I didn't change anything else.

Yes, they look very different, but still they both have the 'Default' theme.

Well I don't really know how else I can help, sorry.

You could try changing the locale, sometimes there are problems related to that.

one would have to guess that you have not installed in the same way on both computers?
clearly the default is not same, suppose you have already tried all different themes...

in any case, you can probably hack this with some hands on...
