That's how I had started yesterday too - and failed. Please add the Multipattern and check if it still works.papyblaise wrote: ↑Mon Aug 02, 2021 9:44 am green : mine , white : yours , you can see it's same result

I think I understand your question, if I do the boolean add-on of Body + Body (the clone returns) it doesn't work either, so I did it in PartWb

Z-axis for the general reference = Y-axis for the local reference of the Datum plane.Shalmeneser wrote: ↑Mon Aug 02, 2021 9:23 am I need to rotate around the Z-axis by 45° (so Datum plane), ...
I was seeing your file but not looking at enough : Symmetric.1mm above XY to have enough material to make an R = 5

Version 2, incorporating GeneFC's idea.
Note the volume as shown in check geometry shape content for comparison to other models: 16487.724257.
I was curious about something, so I added another object, an array of 3 cylinders, then placed them to see if the sides of the cylinders would align with the sides of the holes in the part. They don't, but I'm not really sure how this part is supposed to mate up with other parts.

Definitely not the least tedious way to solve the issue...
