That's how I had started yesterday too - and failed. Please add the Multipattern and check if it still works.

I think I understand your question, if I do the boolean add-on of Body + Body (the clone returns) it doesn't work either, so I did it in PartWb

Z-axis for the general reference = Y-axis for the local reference of the Datum plane.
1mm above XY to have enough material to make an R = 5
:oops: I was seeing your file but not looking at enough : Symmetric.

Note the volume as shown in check geometry shape content for comparison to other models: 16487.724257.

I was curious about something, so I added another object, an array of 3 cylinders, then placed them to see if the sides of the cylinders would align with the sides of the holes in the part. They don't, but I'm not really sure how this part is supposed to mate up with other parts.

Using ideas from other ;) : Pad + Substractive Pipe
But the Pipe smokes and doesn't want to work.
