... you can also do a lot with PartWB, Sketcher and Boolean_Common e.g.
There would be more insight for help, if you give us an understandable picture.

Thanks a lot,

bspline from arch is a very important function using curves and surface WB. Especially if you have to digitize 3D-parts like implants or bones.

Just now I am very happy with this solution and when finished I will show here.

... the step.file is rather big for linking, but imported to FC it fits into the data limit.
To reduce the solid to a more simple design the radii must be removed, for getting bottom and top shape.
Designing cross sections you are able to use sketches on those sections and build shapes.
Something like Spitze_3 => quick and dirty!
