T-junctions are not allowed in extrudable sketches. Remove the short arcs or make them construction.

The Trim function is helpful in such cases, but simple sketches are usually a good idea too.

another approach is to draw 1/6 in sketcher, pad it and make a multitransform

I have tried using Arch Wall. I faced the following issues:

- I could not put the inner circle into the sketch and had to wall it separately
- there is a defect at the left lower corner.

Did I do something wrong or is it a limitation of the Wall tool?

Greetings to the Community!
An example of an almost total geometric constraint, in which, through the use of an electronic sheet, various hexagonal-based prisms can be generated, modifying only the external side of the hexagon and the height of the final prism.
The thickness of the ribs is of equal size which will be proportional to the variation of the size of the side of the hexagon, as well as the central hole.
This simply wants to be an example (which can be improved), obviously by creating/setting different parameters and relating them, appropriately, to each other, it is possible to modulate and obtain different proportions by evaluating, in the 3D view, the result in real time.

IMHO, inner radius and thickness should be in the spreadsheet (eventually with a formula).
Same dimension should be written once only.
