Re: contrain not working?
Blue lines are useless outside the sketch.
You need to transform all lines from blue to white : Sketcher_ToggleConstruction

Re: contrain not working?
i messed up again.
the sketch is green and 100% constrained, i can see it part design workb.
i added a piece to the sketch and when i try to revolve it gone again and now i get "TopoDS::Face" what does this mean?

Re: contrain not working?
Shape in sketch must be close and no overlapping lines.

Re: contrain not working?
There is almost no connection between fully constrained and usable for a given purpose.
For example, a sketch consisting of nothing but two straight lines can be fully constrained (green) but cannot be padded or revolved.
On the other hand a closed shape with no constraints other than coincident corners can work perfectly for pads or revolves.
The bottom line is that the sketch must follow certain rules for further use, constrained or not. If not, you will see errors like TopoDS.
If you want further help you need to post your FCStd file.
[OK, I see you have now posted your file.]

Could we get the OP or moderator to fix the typo in the subject of this thread?
