Hi,
As some know I need t draw peices with threads and then 3D print them. In order to see the tolerances between Male / Female threads I would need to look at them and I have seen in Fusion 360 it is quite simple to define a cut for viewing this but I ahve searched and searched but but not found the command for doing this.

I really miss the hatching pattern that is applied in Fusion 360 when I am using clipping planes for viewing in Freecad. It just seems to get confusing without them. Anyone know if this feature is being considered or worked on?

You can also in Part workbench take a cross-section, and then hide everything else to see the clearances.
