IFC export of custom properties

I have a simple model of a wall which i added a few new properties to using the BIM workbench. They were all placed in the property group "aTest". I selected the wall and then exported it to IFC. None of my properties appear in the IFC file. Is there something I am misunderstanding, or doing wrong? Thanks!

I'm not sure that's my problem. I've opened the IFC file in a text editor and the custom properties are simply not present.

if I remember correctly it was the same for me.
i am of the opinion that ifc attributes are very difficult to implement in practice. if need be, the suggestions should work. i only work with geometries in ifc files
