TechDraw: How to achieve the Arc center shown, Dots hiden

Hello, please do soebody know, how to hide the dots, but the Arc center let be visible? When I use the button of ON,OFF visibility, it shows or hide together. Thanks

TechDraw_Preferences > Annotation >
* Show Center Marks: Show arc center marks in views.
* Print Center Marks: Show arc centers in printed output.
