When hole depth reaches the other end of the object, the full thin disappears.

Post by Enomeee »

Hey, I use version 0.20.

When I set the depth parameter of Hole002 to 30mm (so it would make a hole through all the way), the part disappears.

1, why?
2, why was this not a problem with my other holes?

Thanks!!

Not sure what weird means to you :D
But maybe it is due to software version difference.

Sketch is invalid, no T-joins are allowed.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

Which FC version ?

Sketch(000) :
* T jonctions are forbidden
* 2 lines at the same place

Sketch m4 :
* support=Face : bad practice (TNP)
* tool PartDesign_Hole needs only circle (or arc), not rectangle (use Sketcher_ToggleConstruction)

Sketch 10es lyuk :
* dimension=0 : bad practice => use Sketcher_ConstrainPointOnObject

Sketch004 :
* twice 4mm : bad practice => use Sketcher_ConstrainEqual
* support=Face : bad practice (TNP)

At the end : Refine=true
