What's the version of the FC reader ?
The version used to save the file by @drmacro was 0.20R26155 (Git) and I've just proved the lack of backwards compatability using:

OS: Windows 7 Version 6.1 (Build 7601: SP 1)
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.19.24291 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: releases/FreeCAD-0-19
Hash: 7b5e18a0759de778b74d3a5c17eba9cb815035ac
Python version: 3.8.6+
Qt version: 5.15.2
Coin version: 4.0.1
OCC version: 7.5.0
Locale: English/United Kingdom (en_GB)

Is it possible to find the version of FC creation inside the file ?

So you think it's not the usual bug ?

You have to extract the FCStd which is actually a zip file (I use 7-Zip) and then open the Document.xml as per screenshot:

FileCreationVer.jpg (172.81 KiB) Viewed 1308 times

It's definitely not a bug as I was heavy involved in the debugging of the 0.20 change to establish why the Occurrences lookup wasn't being triggered though it needed Werner to actually fix it. It's a lack of backwards compatibility, completely different ball game and I've stated the community has never guaranteed it, just like the Blender Foundation doesn't.

It might not be a BUG than but it might be perceived as one until you give some warnings/messages stating that we are opening file of different version and some incompatibility might occur.

Extraction can also be done with the FreeCAD GUI: Menu->Tools->Project utility.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

There was no intentional change in the file structure. This was a bug that has been fixed in version 0.20. How would version 0.19 have any clue about the version 0.20 bug or fix?

There are many new features that do not work in older versions. If the user is creating and opening his or her own files those problems will never be seen.

325 constraints is too too too large , the best is Sclm simple barr whith 2 hole , and 2 circular array

Ok cool I'm a total newcomer when it comes to freecad and my experience with CAD is limited.
But I want to have the shape of spline shaft as a sketch without polar patterns involved, sometimes I'm using it as a hole and sometimes for extrusion, so if you got a better solution I'm very open for modifications.

it's the same : shaft is a rod whith teeths : you do a rod and substract rectangular grove and Array
Hole is the same
