Re: Frequent crashes.
Re: Frequent crashes.
Hello!
Thanks for your reply. The link replies to all my questions regarding spreadsheet.
And also thanks to Shalmeneser for his advice. I've been using the 0.20 version
for a few hours now (about 4 hours) and didn't experience a single crash.
I understand what you are saying, but in fact, believe it or not, I had a look
at the documentation before posting. I searched "spreadsheet slow" in the field
at the top of the documentation. Then I googled to find a Freecad FAQ, found it
and ran the same search which resulted in the exact same output, which was not
related to my question, but to tablet software if I remember correctly. That's why
I asked. I thought that one of purposes of a discussion forum was to reply to
questions of less experienced people (that you did, thanks again). And sorry again
to be a beginner.
tested. I'm new here, I upgraded Ubuntu last week, installed the latest Freecad
and got that problem. Do you mean I should have downgraded Ubuntu before?

Re: Frequent crashes.
It's no problem to be a beginner - we all were at some point. I'm certain that you'll continue to learn and maybe even to start helping other people too.
You're welcome to tell us what you've tried to do to begin with if that could be helpful (next time).
The information regarding your FreeCAD version is still not detailed enough by the way. Hint:
