Chamfer full height

Post by omen »

E.g. my part is 27mm height and I want to chamfer it flush, however I can't set chamfer size to 27mm, only 26mm and it leaves 1mm uncut. How can I chamfer full height?

The geometric kernel can fail if a chamfer consumes all of an adjacent face or edge. Try current 0.20, it chamfered a testfile here quite well.

Try using the Draft tool instead of a chamfer.

That should probably be done in a sketch as a angled line. Draft is what I think your after but they are not all that stable.
