here is a workaround. if you turn the plane in which the dimensions are located into a main plane, it seems to work.

I consider this behavior to be dangerous because it may not be noticed and this may result in damage or a delay in deadlines.

I think this is a bug. In the image in the first post the big angle of 319,39 is correct and the small angle of 30.51 is wrong.
In the properties of the angle they both have a first or second angle of 52.13 and the other angle is different.
I did the dimensioning several times and each time the same result

thank you willem for your cooperation. the problem also seems to occur if only the view is rotated between the creation of the geometry and the dimensioning.

I have not yet been able to reliably reproduce it, sometimes everything is correct and sometimes everything is not.

with 19.2 I managed to reproduce the error twice in a row. before and between the two tests I deleted .FreeCAD and .config / FreeCAD

AFAICT this problem occurs if end points of the selected edges are coincident with their intersection. The attached file should fix the issue. It should be placed in:
<install_folder>/Mod/Draft/draftguitools/

Hi Roy_043, greetings to the Community!

Many thanks (!) For sharing / suggesting the solution (it was a big flaw), but I don't understand why the correct file has not yet been included in the (?) Compiled distributions.
The attached images demonstrate (using TechDraw) the effectiveness of the correction of the defect and then the extreme versatility in 3D, you simply need to align the work surface and the "game" is done. :D

Thanks for testing. It is something that I worked on less than 24 hrs ago. I have yet to submit a PR.
