Pad problem

Good afternoon.

I am new to FreeCAD and have a problem, my configuration is:

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.19.24291 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: releases/FreeCAD-0-19
Hash: 7b5e18a0759de778b74d3a5c17eba9cb815035ac
Python version: 3.8.6+
Qt version: 5.15.2
Coin version: 4.0.1
OCC version: 7.5.0
Locale: Italian/Italy (it_IT)

the problem is that the pad is not like i expect, i post some pictures

i can't attach the file because is too large(3777Kb),

Excuse me for my bad english and if i broke some rules of the forum, i hope someone can help me

From the photos I deduce that it is a jack (I don't know if pneumatic or hydraulic), but without the file it becomes difficult to identify the problem, so you can attach the file by relying on a cloud service (setting the download not reserved).
Ti ricordo che puoi utilizzare anche il forum dedicato italiano.

First you should optimize the workflow by making it as simple as possible (modeling progression), then moving the fillets and any chamfers at the end of the modeling (they negatively affect the eventuality of a geometric/dimensional change), then effectively constraining all sketches (using geometric rather than dimensional constraints as much as possible).
The problem you ask about is to be charged to Sketch008 (Pad004), open it and update it, perhaps placing the equality constraint on one diameter, then try to re-execute the offending pad function (the reason for the malfunction will probably be due to an error recalculation).

After Recompute of the body (from the first revolution), the pad then works.
With Part_CheckGeometry, problems begin at Fillet003.

(v 0.20)
