[fixed] no Bug: Spreadsheet - Insert rows not available

[FreeCutter]

Trying to insert a row in a spreadsheet.
However, function "right click on row"->"context menue 'Insert ...'" is not available in current weekly buidl version (see below).
While in previous version (Version: 0.20.25645 (Git)) it is working just fine.

Do I need to report it as a bug?
