Another Sketch which seems to have a broken face
Hi there,
I have a sketch with only one "island", the whole structure is closed but yet it fails to extrude into 3D with "failed to validate broken face".
Here is my file: https://ufile.io/x3tu298m
I can not find the mistake, could anybody please help me out?
Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome to the forum!
The Validate Sketch tool helps to find open vertices, but what is worse, your sketch is badly constrained: repitition of dimensions, missing coiincidences, dimensions instead if geometric constraints. I didn't fix all of these, only what it needs to pad.

And, by taking advantage of symmetry, there is 1/4 of the work...

Impressive! If the 23.3 and 23.31 should indeed be equal, then you could even save one of these by simple usage of a tangent constraint.

No chance !
My main problemn is not understanding the logic of the original sketch.

Re: Another Sketch which seems to have a broken face
The tangential symbol was so discret that I did not find the solution at the beginning.
