You must indicate the address of the files and folders in: Edit>Preferences>Techdraw>Files
Generally the route is : ...\FreeCAD_weekly-builds-26554-Win-Conda_vc14.x-x86_64\data\Mod\TechDraw\...
This must be done every time the root folder where you have downloaded previous freecad build is deleted since the configuration file remains on the system and is not updated with the download of the new build.
