Construction loses the coordinate system
When I switch from the "Sketch" and "Arc", I often get the following appearance, see attached file.
Why is that?
How do I reset so that the structure object is on the grid again (and does not cut through it)?

That grid is the Draft workbench grid.
Turn it of with the key sequence G R.
It is toggled on by selecting the Draft workbench.
You can change that behavior in Edit>Preferences>Draft
