Hi,
it seems I found an issue, but not sure if it is for real or maybe I did something wrong...
I have a pretty much standard rectangular box, and I wanted to make a round cutout on top of it.
So I prepared shape and path and did a subtractive sweep which looks exactly like i expected.
However, the object/body exported to STL/OBJ immediately showed a sweep artifact, which is not really visible in original FreeCAD project while designing it.
I solved this situation by doing one more similar sweep but in another plane.

Re: Issue/leftovers after subtractive sweep
Doing the sweep's section up to the center causes forbidden self intersections. You should use the simpler Groove tool anyway.

Re: Issue/leftovers after subtractive sweep
Is there an OCC version which can handle (such) self intersections?
