In Australia mechanical drawings should comply with the standard AS1100.101-1992. Table 4.1 specifies font size for dimensions on A4 drawings to be 2.5mm high. How can I set the default Annotation text size to 2.5mm in The TechDraw Workbench?

I don't know how many times I have gone to Edit --> Preferences and the TechDraw option never registered!
That opened a whole new box of Granola! I'll have a bit of a play with that!
