The dimensions in Detail 1 in this Drawing are incorrect. I looked up the [wiki]https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Basic_TechDraw_Tutorial[/wiki] section on Linking Dimensions to 3D Model but this does not seem to relate to this version of FC.
How can I get the right correct dimensions?

Actually, it was in another file.
Sorry folks. Stripped to much out of the FCStd in attempt to get it to uploadable size. Here is the full beast:

Anyway, the problem seems to have been ME !
I forgot that the hole dimension is corrected for 3D Printing a 5mm Dia. hole - it's oversize. The dimension shown was correct.
