Could be something left from there since the chamfer was created at the end of the tree.
The file was just created and the only old thing there was the imported reference STL.

Thinking about it I admit that I was too fast. There are two sorts of dependencies show in the Dependency Graph: On shows external references, attachments ans such. And the other shows mainly the relative ordering of the features. I was only referring to the former, while in your image tha latter was the matter of discussion.
