Founded that vidoe guide did not include elevation of bend line. raised it z axle 2mm and boom worked.

seems like i have some issues due the update and unupdated addons.
next trying to get my drawing dimentions work since it gives next errors.

You probably have selected the top of the plate while the line was at the bottom.

Is this issue solved?
I have similar problems with pins to IC circuits. If the pin is 1,5mm (file test01) everything works fine but if you decrease the pin to 1,1 mm (file test02) sheet metal reports: list index out of range. The only difference is that the with is changed between the to models.

Try a full recompute. That worked for me.

Yes that's correct.

The only difference between the to files is the with of the pin. 1,5 mm vs 1,1 mm

That gives folding error.
