Hello,
in the new version of FreeCAD I can only Rotate in the Plane who is Selected and shown as a net.
Last versions I have rotated a Solid in The Plane of the View, how can I do it now?

Are you talking about the View? Then you should check your Mouse Model.
If you are talking about an objects position in space, you modify its Placement or - if it exists - the AttachmentOffset.

Isuue is not quite clear, but it sounds a bit like the "Orbit Style" was changed from trackball to turntable.
