Can it be that you lack experience with the Arch Workbench?

The mentioned files will create a hole in the wall, but indeed do not resize.

Try this file instead:
parts_library\Architectural Parts\Windows\Fixed\Window with 2 vertical fixed glass.FCStd

Anything is possible. But since the files are inconsistent it would not make a lot of sense to attempt this IMO.

Hello:
My apologies, all my fault, I got it all working now. After I started the version 0.20, I reset all the preferences to the manufacturer setting, uploaded all the work benches again along with the libraries. Now I can install windows, doors and change their dimensions.
