1) You should offset the body, not the 1st sketch.
2) Use symmetry for the 1st pad.
3) 1st sketch is perhaps too-complex.

Thanks a lot for taking the time and explaining another way to create that part. Very interesting and also simple. ....SHALM_2.FCStd
