Question on Alignment.

Hello
Is there any material about Alignment ?
I admit I cannot make it work .
PS. For me align two points = make them coincident: Am I right or wrong ?

Since it works at your PC probably something doesn't work in my mind.

One fact about alignment is that two Bodies selection is a safe choise. In other words it works also to me.

I mean that if instead of selecting the two bodies, I select the pad inside each one, alignment does not work.
