The attached FreeCAD file shows three objects: one is sort of a U channel another a cap that goes on the end, and the third a clone of the second. Together they form something of a box with an open top. I want to round the internal edges of the box. I was able to round the two long bottom edges in the sketch of the main body of the box but I can't figure out how to round the edges where the parts meet. (See photo) I want the edges rounded in an arc like the bottom edges. I couldn't make this work with the fillet tool because, I'm guessing, the parts are in different bodies. Creating a Fusion of the parts didn't work either.
Is there any way to do this? I don't know how.
Thanks.
Edit: Two minutes after making this post I realized that perhaps if I made the caps in the same body with the U shaped channel that I might be able to create the fillets I want that way. I'm away from the computer right now but I'll try that as soon as I get near it again.
