Joke question: what design flaw does this part contain?
From the point of view that this part is to be machined out of a solid material, this construction contains a defect, because in two places the required manufacturing instruction cannot be adhered to. Who can find them?
It is nice that FreeCAD allows such an instruction.
. But I have a construction problem: 2 sides were provided by me with rounded edges (fillet). With the other edges FreeCAD goes on strike with an error message: Failed to create fillet. Is there a solution?

If you think back chamfering is a problem, it's not (with the right tools):

not a machine guy, but inner corner chamfering will probably be rounded?
Re: Joke question: what design flaw does this part contain?
There are tools to chamfer the far edge of a through-hole, if you have enough cash.

not the chamfer on the holes. I mean the inner corner of the "C" part. a milling drill would round the outer edge of the chamfer.

I also have such equipment in my private workshop
Since I design and build special things exclusively for my private pleasure, I naturally have no means of such machining.
What I'm doing now in FreeCAD are only demos for practice, to become familiar in using FreeCAD. This simply involves trying out features. With the fillets, however, I have encountered a problem that I have not yet mastered.
Re: Joke question: what design flaw does this part contain?
smart tool, I wanted to make two side counterbore drill bit but finally released the hole feature quicker I wasn't sure how to approach it but well someday I will back to it and maybe I will add the double-two-sides counterbore
Thanks
