The screenshots show that at the top rear of the box there are problems with the fillet. Changing the size of the fillet changes the problem. With the fillet set to 1 mm a little shelf of material appears above the box. With the fillet set to 1.5mm a little mountain appears. These things only seem to occur at the rear corner. Plus, at the rear corner the fillet turns toward the outside of the box instead of the inside of the box, The direction of the fillet at the front corner is what I'm looking for. Perhaps due to the angles of the parts?
I don't know if I need to model the box some other way, or fillet it some other way. I do need those internal corners rounded, however. I rounded them on the long dimension within the sketch but at the ends of the of I have two parts meeting so I'm trying to fillet between two parts, not simply along the edge of one part. Is there a way I can accomplish this?
Thanks.
