Best way to create bodies on angled planes?

I have been following the suggestions to my questions. I also followed the suggestion to the tutorial to develop a stable model.

I want to create a body at an angle. The 3 base axis and planes will not accomplish this.

I am creating a steel tube frame. Using a block and cutting away with pockets will not get it done.

Which tutorial will show me the best way to create a plane at an angle to create a sketch for the body?

I would look at Basic_Attachment_Tutorial. You make a sketch and use the Attachment Offset to tilt it to your desired angle. If you intend to use the plane more than once then you can create a PartDesign Plane and attach your sketches to it.

you would have to specify if your request is "Orient a Body according to an angle other than General" or place "a sketch according to a plane in an angle"
it seems to me that the 4 answers above only consernate a sketch
