Hello,
I tried to revolve Sketch081 with DatumLine002 and 360°.
The same with Sketch083 and DatumLine002.
I always get a calculation error.

It's a co-planar issue, you may search the forum for a deeper explanation.
Basically it is a rounding error in computation, you can workaround by making the revolution before the pocket, and adjusting such that the pocket has a different diameter than the ID of the revolve.

Seems to be a coplanar issue. It works with a slightly modified sketch moving the revolve up the tree:
I removed the last pattern to reduce the filesize
